  • Valid Passport
  • 3 months of banking statements
  • Employment letter (if working)
  • Copy of property deed (if any)
  • If you are being invited by a friend or family member, it is recommended that they do an invitation letter, notarized or commissioned by a  notary or a commissioner of oaths. (We offer package representation that includes this service)


Our representation price is $499 + tax,  plus the applicable government fees. Our price includes up to 3 pages of document translations, commissioned invitation letter (if required) and representation by our licensed immigration consultant. 



Yes, you can do a 'Change of status' from within Canada. 


It is recommended to submit your visitor extension at least 30 days before the expiry date. 


Yes, you can apply to have your status restored within 90 days of your expired visa.
